A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to hold your appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid during your scheduled appointment. Each booking fee taken is for the chosen appointment on this date only. If you are a 'no show', late to your appointment, or cancel within 72 hours from your scheduled appointment you will lose the booking fee.
A new booking fee will be required to schedule your new appointment.
A booking fee can only be transferred once over to a new appointment if re-scheduled outside of the 72 hour window.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are late more than 15 minutes. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however, due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If the service must be reduced you will still be charged for the original service booked. If your appointment has to be cancelled, the booking fee will not be refunded and your card will automatically be debited with 50% of the remaining balance.
We are subject to change pricing at any given time. Client's who booked in advance before a rate change, will not be affected by the updated pricing.
Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
In case you were a no-show or cancel the same day, the £50 booking fee will not be refunded and your card will automatically be debited with 50% of the remaining balance. A new booking fee will be required to re-book your appointment.
As a courtesy to our clients, we will email and text to remind you of your appointment 7 business days prior to your appointment date. It is client's responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
We accept bank transfer, cash, card payments.
